Tomatoes with Bokashi Kitchen Waste and Pro-Basic Grow Foliar Spray

In Uncategorized on July 5, 2011 by aagbiotics

Here are some of our tomatoes grown with Bokashi Kitchen Waste compared to Chemical Fertilizers.

There are 3 plots setup. Plot I had chemical fertilizer applied. Plot II and Plot III each contained 5-gal of Bokashi Kitchen Waste. Plot II and Plot III also received our special compost tea foliar spray 1 week after transplanting and the same day after these pictures were taken. Plot II was sprayed with AAG Pro-Basic Grow Compost Tea (formerly known as AAGB Bio Ag), and Plot III was sprayed with AAG Pro-Basic Grow with our Aerobic Activator (Pre-broken down Bokashi Kitchen Waste with Aerobic Beneficial Microbes).

Total Cost to produce Two 5-gal buckets of Kitchen Waste, less than 2.2lb of Bokashi worth with Kitchen Waste which would have ended up in landfill!! AAG Pro-Basic Grow used for the two Compost Tea Foliar Spray applications was only 15.2mL for 1:500 dilution which cost less than a dime.

Organic Strawberry w/o fertilizer

In Uncategorized on May 27, 2011 by aagbiotics

Here are some tasty strawberries grown by a local farmer. The organic strawberries were grown completely WITH NO fertilizer of any sort except using our Pro-Basic Grow along with an Aerobic Activator (Pre-composted Bokashi or bokashi kitchen waste). The non-organic ones were obtained from local grocery store.

The soil has been tested to be deficient in Nitrogen, though sufficient in P and K. What yield and fruit quality would one expect from such growing condition?

Can you tell which strawberries are organic? … May be until they are cut up…

uncut

Here’s a picture of the “dissected” strawberries

These were grown with only 2 applications of our AAG EZ-Tea (A combination of Pro-Basic Grow and Aerobic Activator), no fertilizer and mineral inputs.

Ar… wait, just one more
